ORDER PREPARATION
The time we need to prepare an order for shipping (delivery) is 1-5 business days. But usually we do everything possible to send your order ASAP.
Please NOTICE that we prepare and ship orders only on BUSINESS days from Monday to Friday, NOT including weekends. SO Saturday and Sunday don't count!
REMEMBER: production and shipping are 2 different processes. Each process has its own term.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
It takes at least 7-17 business days for a package to arrive to Europe (to Italy and Spain it takes a little bit more), 7-12 business days to USA, 14-29 days to Latin America, the Caribbean and Asia. To Canada, Australia, New Zealand - 14-29 business days.
BUT!!!!
International shipping is unpredictable and delays happen at the customs. For international orders, once the package has left the Ukraine, it becomes a subject to your local post office.
